Red Ruby is a bundle of ruby-red fluff with the biggest blue eyes and tiny striped legs peeking out the bottom. The bright turquoise background gives the whole thing a fresh, happy pop.

Painted by hand in acrylic with soft, feathery strokes, Ruby is part of my whimsical bird series. She’s got a friendly, slightly startled look that people find totally endearing.
