Every order is packed with care in my Pacific Northwest studio (originals) or produced by my professional print partner (prints & products). Here is exactly what to expect.
Original Paintings
Original paintings ship carefully packaged on their stretcher bars inside a double-walled box with corner protection and foam padding. Your painting arrives ready to hang, with a signed note from me.
Originals typically ship within 3–5 business days of your order via USPS or UPS with tracking. As each original is one of a kind, it is fully insured in transit.
A note on large paintings: works over about 24 inches in any direction may ship rolled in a heavy-duty protective tube to keep shipping safe and affordable. When that applies, it is clearly noted on the painting’s page, the stretcher bars are included, and I include written re-stretching instructions — any local framer can re-stretch a canvas, usually for $50–$100.
Art Prints & Products
Prints, mugs, bags, and other products featuring my artwork are made to order by my professional print partner and typically ship within 2–7 business days. Made-to-order means less waste and that your item is produced just for you.

Orders over $49 ship free within the United States.
International Orders
I currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and have fallen in love with a piece, please reach out — I am happy to look into shipping options for you.
Returns
Original Paintings
Because each original is one of a kind, all sales on original paintings are final. However, if your painting arrives damaged, I will make it right with a repair, replacement where possible, or a full refund. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging, and I will take care of you.
Prints & Products
If your print or product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact me within 30 days of delivery with a photo and I will send a free replacement or issue a refund. Because these items are made to order, I am not able to accept returns for change of mind — so please double-check sizes and colors before ordering. Questions before you buy? I am happy to help.
